The
Health and Fitness Coach
Anthony
Cutajar - Director: REALM TRAINING
Please note: we have a new website at www.realmtraining.com
Hi,
my name is Anthony Cutajar - Health and Fitness Coach in Melbourne,
Australia. I have been in the fitness industry almost 15 years, and
dedicated to fitness most of my life.
Hitting
the fitness circuit at a tender age of 9 I had humble beginnings.
Well, to tell you the truth, the fitness circuit
consisted
of a barbell made from a steel pole with bricks added to it for weight
that I had asked my father to put together for me after watching an
Arnie film! For the first time I knew what it felt like to be
inspired, and since then the journey through health and fitness has
taught me much more than just how to look and feel great.
My
goal in
fitness in the beginning was
simply to look and feel as good as
possible. My experience has helped me to realise the
impact that regular (goal orientated) activity has on general health
and well being. The biggest lessons however, have come from
learning the value in creating the right mindset for success in not
only fitness, but also how it can be translated in other aspects for a
balanced life: Health, wealth, and relationships.
I love what I do, and
helping people to succeed...
