body will burn per day or, in other words, how many calories you need
to maintain your current body weight. This calculation can be
extremely helpful when you are trying to establish how many calories
you need to consume to either lose weight, or gain muscle.

BODY MASS INDEX (BMI) Designed for men and women over the age of 18, the BMI is used to measur the total amount of body fat.

variables in order to find the third one! This is a great tool to
work out your average running or cycling speed.
