What
is
Health & Fitness Coaching and how is it different from Personal
Training? Personal
Training's main benefit is to provide you with 'in session'
motivation (also called 'sweat sessions!').
Training & nutrition guidance can also
be taken away to help reach a goal.
Health
Coaching & fitness lifestyle management is about taking
FULL
RESPONSIBILITY
and ACCOUNTABILITY of your life to establish
permanent change by integrating the actions and thought processes set
out in your coaching program. It focuses on adopting the
right attitude, behaviours, and positive psychology that not only will
improve your health and fitness but more often than not also has a flow
on effect to create more happiness.
Please
note:
There are many terms for differing
professionals... Health coach, wellness coach, life coach,
fat loss coach etc. Health Coaching with
Anthony primarily focusses on fitness lifestyle management to
help achieve the results you want whether it be to reach a goal weight,
train for a particular event, or simply to get more activity in to your
lifestyle to create a healthier you.

do I know if a Health

You have a real desire to make change and reach your health and fitness
goals, but are just not sure where to start or what steps to take

Health and Fitness Coaching
with Anthony can also be a benefit if you don't have access to an
appropriate Personal Trainer in your area but would like contact with
the right information and advice
The
process? 1.Initial
consultation
Ideally this will be a 1hr
face to face meeting
at REALM TRAINING's base in Fitzroy. If this is not possible
because you live too far away or are interstate, then other methods can
be arranged (i.e. phone or skype).
The initial consultation
serves the purpose of establishing your starting point in terms of
exercise, nutrition and lifestyle, which then enables you to set goals.
Appropriate mesurements (weight etc) will also be taken where
applicable.
2.Fortnightly
30min phone conversation Question time for any barriers you may be facing and
how to overcome them
Education on training, nutrition, and success psychology
Finetuning training and nutrition
3.Bimonthly
new program A new training program every 8 weeks 4.Weekly
email The main goal
of the weekly email is ACCOUNTABILITY to make sure you are doing the
things you need to be doing to get the results you want
