It plays an important role in the functioning of your body, and will help you to look and feel great. Remember though, healthy food alone will not guarantee results in terms of losing or gaining weight. Eating the right foods is 1 part to the total health and fitness triangle: Eating well, training right, and receiving adequate recovery from training.
