Welcome to REALM TRAINING...  My name is Anthony Cutajar, the Health and Fitness Coach from Melbourne, Australia.  I have provided this website with 2 purposes in mind (read below) and a 3rd to be added soon - which I am very excited about - so stay tuned!   

The road to success in anything is not always smooth.  Knowing the right people and having the appropriate information at hand when you need it will seriously decrease the amount of mistakes you make and, in turn, shorten the time it takes to reach your goal.  It makes sense that having the right mentor - someone who has a wealth of knowledge, passion and experience - will significantly fast track your own success by saving you years of trial and error on your own.
