Elisha

lead a fairly active lifestyle and used to go to the gym at least four
times a week. However, I started to get bored with my usual fitness

Outdoor
Group
Training classes (also known as Boot Camp) are a
great way to make exercise fun again and start seeing real results.
You'll work out with a friendly group of people from across the fitness
spectrum. Some of them will motivate you to challenge yourself - for
others, you'll be the motivation! You work at your own level, and no
two classes are the same.
Group
Training classes are currently held in Edinburgh Gardens, Fitzroy North.
For
people who want more personal attention, we also offer studio-based Personal
Training.
