Realm Training's Melbourne fitness bootcamps  

We offer outdoor group training
without the military theme where instructors bark orders.

The only order of the day is a focus on fun and fitness,
using boxing and other training techniques.



How does it work?  Try it out with a free session.  You choose which times you want to train.  At the moment we have 3 available timeslots to choose from (see timetable).

" Emma and I love Boot camp!  We were struggling for a while to not only get the motivation to go to the gym through the week, but to put in a proper workout while we were there.  Since we have started going to Boot camp though, motivation is no longer an issue.  It is a lot more fun training with other people, and a lot more interesting than just running on a treadmill or Cross-trainer by yourself at the gym. 


With Realm's group training both Emma and I feel fantastic.  We both now have a lot more energy and we have been getting a lot of great compliments on how we look.  I highly recommend Realm Training to those wanting to get fit and lose weight - it has worked for us!
