" Emma and I love Boot camp! We were struggling for a while to not only get the motivation to go to the gym through the week, but to put in a proper workout while we were there. Since we have started going to Boot camp though, motivation is no longer an issue. It is a lot more fun training with other people, and a lot more interesting than just running on a treadmill or Cross-trainer by yourself at the gym.
