The facility is a personalised boutique environment offering the latest in fitness equipment. It works perfectly with the high level of service which REALM TRAINING commands.

You may like to take up a membership at the facility, however it is not mandatory. Anthony Cutajar (Director - REALM TRAINING) operates 5-6 days a week from the facility so it's a great opportunity to keep in constant contact whilst training outside of your personal appointment.

Please note, Mind and Body memberships are available with no joining fees, no contracts, and easy monthly payment options. Discounts are available to REALM TRAINING clients.

If you are looking for a Personal Trainer in Fitzroy, Collingwood, Clifton Hill, Carlton, Brunswick, Abbotsford, Richmond, and Melbourne CBD then look no further.

You have the following options:

1. Personal Training at Mind and Body
2. Personal Training from home or at an agreed destination (usually a park in the surrounding suburbs)

Both options start with a complimentary consultation at Mind and Body
If you are a member with another gym it works out well for you, as training somewhere different will help provide you with a good dose of variety.

                * Half hr sessions only available for 1 on 1
                ** Off peak times are from 10am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday
                *** Loyalty Bonus applies to clients who have been training
                   with the Realm 2 x week for 3 mths or more

MOBILE TRAINING

All payments to be made in advance

If you are not happy with the REALM service within the first three sessions, you will be refunded the balance of the remaining, unused sessions. A 10% processing fee of the refundable amount will be incurred by the client. Payment for Training packages are non refundable after the initial first three sessions, or for any other reason.

All unused sessions expire 6 months after the date of purchase.

Gift Certificates expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment you must notify me with at least 24 hours. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of that session.
