Our training and
coaching
Outdoor
Group Training
classes are a great way to get into exercise. You'll work out with a
group of people of varying fitness levels, in a supportive atmosphere.
We like to challenge you, but we also understand and respect your
limits. (Outdoor Group Training is also called Boot Camp, but don't be
put off - there's no military-style humiliation involved, and that's a
promise!)
Group
Training classes are currently held in Edinburgh
Gardens, Fitzroy North.
For
people who want more personal attention, we also offer studio-based Personal
Training.
