Take the first step towards a happier life

If you're reading this, the chances are you're not happy with your fitness level. You've let out your belt once too often. You're starting to have weight-related health problems. You get puffed climbing stairs, running for the tram, playing kick-to-kick with the kids.

Then you get a cold, or have an important deadline at work, or just lose motivation - and suddenly weeks have gone by since you've used that expensive membership you're still paying for. A real-life example

Our training and coaching

Outdoor Group Training classes are a great way to get into exercise. You'll work out with a group of people of varying fitness levels, in a supportive atmosphere. We like to challenge you, but we also understand and respect your limits. (Outdoor Group Training is also called Boot Camp, but don't be put off - there's no military-style humiliation involved, and that's a promise!)

Group Training classes are currently held in Edinburgh Gardens, Fitzroy North

For people who want more personal attention, we also offer studio-based Personal Training.
